Its character is a blending of Pedro Ximenez wine, mild sherry and robust American whiskey. Honey sweet, Ron Zacapa 23 Year Old Rum has a flavour that is a near perfect balance of dried fruits, butterscotch candies, cocoa and oak spices. Ideally served as a sipper it is advised to pour it over a single ice cup to help awaken its fruity notes.
