Distilled and bottled in one of the oldest distilleries in Peru’s Ica valley, BarSol Quebranta pisco is produced from the first pressing of 100% Quebranta gapes. BarSol Quebranta is pot distilled in small batches and distilled to bottle proof; neither water nor any other ingredients are added, thereby creating an exceptional spirit of exquisite purity, clarity and smoothness.
