Fruit for this wine has been sourced 100% from Bunnamagoo vineyards with grapes harvested at night to assist a cold soak of the resultant fruit ensuring extraction of colour at this early stage. Strong red fruits of plum and red berry, with hints of spice and blackberry are evident on the nose and palate. Moderate tannin structure extends the palate and accentuates the red fruit.
