Naturally light, golden, clear and bright in colour, driven entirely by the casks. Matured in hand-selected first-fill sherry-seasoned American oak casks to deliver rich and spicy aromas of crème brûlée, heather honey and crumbled cinnamon. Refill casks and sherry-seasoned European oak casks give Highland Park 15 Year Old an optimumu smoothness.
