Ink Dry Gin is a distinctive Australian craft gin created in the Northern Rivers of New South Wales using 13 organic botanicals, combining traditional gin ingredients with native Australian botanicals. Its signature character comes from juniper, native lemon myrtle, Tasmanian pepperberry, coriander seed and sweet orange peel, creating a beautifully aromatic gin with fresh citrus, pine and subtle spice.

What makes Ink truly unique is its natural infusion of Butterfly Pea Flower, which gives the gin its striking deep blue colour. Add tonic water or a splash of lemon and watch the colour transform from rich indigo blue to a beautiful blush pink.
