RUM Co. of Fiji’s award-winning Ratu Dark Rum is aged for 5 years in charred oak barrels, then filtered through coconut shell carbon to capture the taste of Fiji. Savoury, smoked oak aromas with an earthy, leathery character give away to the rich sweetness of molasses and the warmth of liquorice. Recently awarded a Platinum Award in the 2021 SIP Awards and a Gold Medal in the 2019 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
