Description

Bright plum in colour, our Pinot Noir Gin is made with 12 botanicals and a dash of Squealing Pig Pinot Noir wine. Dry and refreshing with subtle juniper, bright citrus flavours and earthy cinnamon and clove, this gin is perfectly balanced and delicious. A dash of our Pinot Noir wine is the finishing touch.

Juniper berries, citrus peel, lavender blossoms, coriander seeds, angelica root & seeds, rosemary, cardamom, fennel, peppermint laurel leaf, cloves, and cinnamon.

Serve over ice with aromatic tonic water, a slice of orange and a sprig of fresh mint; or simply enjoy neat.
