The 2019 Bin 128 Coonawarra Shiraz beautifully captures and combines so many of the region’s cool-climate signature elements: eucalypt, white pepper, raspberry, floral notes, fine chalky tannins and structural acidity. Another great wine for cellaring from this year’s releases.
