Bunnamagoo Cabernet Shiraz Merlot exhibits dark chocolate, raspberry and mocha characters with a mid-palate freshness without the heavy tannic weight of traditional Mudgee. The wine is silky in texture with great persistence and it finshes with gentle vanillin oak characters. It will benefit from careful cellaring over the next 10 – 15 years.
