This is a drier wine, with luscious fruit flavours including honeydew and cantaloupe melon, sweet fig, and cinnamon baked apples. Swirled together with a light oaky finish, yet not too buttery, this crisp Chardonnay is delicious on a warm Spring day. Serve with fresh fish spiced with lemon and herbs.
