The Red Hill Estate Single Vineyard collection is made up of glowing, handharvested expressions of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay fruit selected for its complex flavour profile and perfect acid balance with delicate phenolics. This Pinot Noir is bright and fragrant with notes of vibrant cherry, blackberry, and damson plum. Silky tannins weave through a palate of dusty tobacco, soft violets, and a rich finish of toasted crumble and white spice.
