Petalumas Shiraz is grown on a cool high altitude vineyard in the Adelaide Hills. Ripe and spicy it shows blackcurrant fruit characters with hints of black pepper, liquorice and elegant floral notes. A dark, brooding and spicy wine, with dark cherry aromas with black fruit nuances and hints of star anise. The palate is equally full and rich, bursting with sweet black fruit and continuing the savoury spiced theme. This sumptuous red wine is a dark, brooding and spicy with a superbly perfumed bouquet, it is clean and fresh, with excellent fruit from the magnificent Adelaide Hills.
