Description

Black cracking Biscay clay is a common soil type found in the Barossa Valley. The Biscay soils typically produce wines with berry compote and summer pudding flavours, complemented by luscious velvety tannins.

The Black Clay cabernet sauvignon is a dark crimson purple, displaying aromas of plums, mulberry, fruitcake and spice with a hint of black olive tapenade. Flowing through to the palate is soft plush plum and dark cherry wrapped in a silky coating of milk chocolate and coffee bean.
